Many, many years ago I was struck dumb at the sight of a woman with big brown eyes. I wrote this for her
I have only once seen my eldest son lost for words once.
He is normally erudite, loquacious and voluble. I was with him in France when he was struck dumb at the apparition of a beautiful, brunette, slim, tall, leggy, smiling young woman who served him in a restaurant. Needless to say she had big brown eyes.
